About 'Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen' :
15-year-old Mary (Lola) Steppe (Lindsay Lohan), desperate for attention, moves with her family from New York City to the suburbs of Dellwood, New Jersey, to her disapproval. Out of place in the surburban town, Lola sets her sights on the lead in the school play but then realizes that she has to compete with the most popular girl in school, Carla Santini (Megan Fox) for the lead role. Meanwhile Lola befriends a not so popular girl Ella as she shares the same favouritism towards the former's favourite band 'Sidarthur'. When these girls come to know the band is going to be broken up and are giving their final concert in New York, Lola sets up to meet the lead singer Stu Wolff (Adam Garcia), who she adores. She and Ella go to New York and get into some trouble that would change their lives. |
